JOB DESCRIPTION

This position plays a crucial coordinating role in helping Nimble deliver cutting edge products to the US Consumer market. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping Nimble’s Product roadmap as well as spearhead our Customer community management activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Scan the different forums for product reviews (Amazon, Walmart, Google Play Store, Apple store, Social media, etc.).
  • Respond to negative reviews quickly with prompt follow up action and work to minimize the negative reviews.
  • Proactive methods to increase the overall number of reviews and maximize positive reviews.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Customer Delight and Product Development Teams to achieve the objectives.
  • Gain insights from the reviews/customer feedback and pass it to CD/PM team to incorporate feasible suggestions into our products.

Qualification

Freshers/interns with a Marketing/customer support attitude are preferred.
