JOB DESCRIPTION
Sr. Executive – Customer Delight – US/India will be responsible for customer service and sales in the US/India region. The person should be able to
- Answer basic questions on call/chat/email about Installations, Configuration, Customization & usage of assigned products.
- Takes end to end Ownership of end-user issues till resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirement.
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to common failures.
- Typically provides support for internal and external customers.
- Escalate complex issues to a higher level of expertise within the organization.
- Primarily interfaces with clients, service delivery units, immediate management and the accurate service request are routed to the appropriate service provider.
Qualification
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS Office
- Should be comfortable in night shifts
- Undergraduates/Graduates can apply.
