Sr. Executive – Customer Delight – US/India will be responsible for customer service and sales in the US/India region. The person should be able to
  • Answer basic questions on call/chat/email about Installations, Configuration, Customization & usage of assigned products.
  • Takes end to end Ownership of end-user issues till resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirement.
  • Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to common failures.
  • Typically provides support for internal and external customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to a higher level of expertise within the organization.
  • Primarily interfaces with clients, service delivery units, immediate management and the accurate service request are routed to the appropriate service provider.


  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Should be comfortable in night shifts
  • Undergraduates/Graduates can apply.
