This role, Sr.Executive – Customer Delight – US/India will be responsible for Customer Service, responsible for the company’s sales in the US / India region. The person should be able to
- Answer basic questions on call/chat/email about Installations, Configuration, Customization & usage of assigned products.
- Takes end to end Ownership of end user issues till resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirement.
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to common failures.
- Typically provides support for internal and external customers.
- Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization.
- Responsible for providing the first-line to higher-line of after sales telephone technical support of hardware.
The position, based in Coimbatore-India, will be reporting to the Manager – Customer Delight, US/ India of the company.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS Office
- Have a good attitude – should be committed to the work
- Should be comfortable in night shifts.
