• Lead a team of Embedded Firmware & Hardware Leads/engineers in developing state- of-the-art IoT Products such as wireless Sensors & Gateways.
• Responsible for the complete embedded IoT product development life cycle.
• Architect/Design and execute embedded products hardware & firmware development, prototyping, Validation and transfer to mass production.
• Stay abreast with the latest in IoT/Cloud/Embedded engineering technolofy and find            off-the-shelf or                lead    in-house            embedded systems/modules/product development.
• Contribute to and enforce the organizational best practices/policies within the embedded team.
• Co-ordinate with other engineering teams such as Industrial Design, Mechanical Design, Cloud, Mobile & Web Applications, Testing, and Production teams in the development, testing, and mass production of the IoT product.
• Practice a customer-first, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) iterative approach to product development.
• Creative, strategic thinker, and solutions-minded.

• BE/ME (CSE/ECE/EEE) Degree from an accredited/reputed institution.
• At least 12+ years of hands-on experience in Embedded development, Coding as well as leading an engineering department in the IoT/Cloud/Consumer/Mobile App products Industry.
• Should have strong firmware programming experience in C/C++/embedded C.
• Experience in consumer product design/development is a strong plus.
• Experience in real-time operating systems (Such as free RTOS) & Embedded Linux is a must.
• Hands-on experience in Wireless Products using Cellular (3G/4G), Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth (BLE) connectivity modules.
• Experience with TCP/UDP/IP/HTTP protocols over wired and wireless networks and related device driver/embedded systems for IoT products is highly preferred.
• Excellent team player and problem solver with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
• Experience with Agile/Traditional SDLC best practices.
• Experience in peripherals using USB, UART, SPI, I2C and I2S protocols, IOT Sensors, GPS,LORAWAN.
• Microcontrollers: 8,16,32 bit, Motorola, Intel, Cortex M7 ARM32, STM32LO series, Low powered end devices (battery).
• Operating Systems: Linux, RTOS- RT Linux, VxWorks, PikeOS, Free RTOS.
• Linux Device driver development skillset is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
